Walmart — Local services in Liberty

I've had to deal with auto and makeup departments, both have great people working there that were very helpful but that's the ONLY reason I added a second star. Most other reviews are correct about other associates, and even the people in auto and makeup that actually are helpful still get overwhelmed by all the dumb policies and locked cabinets they have to deal with. How does it make sense to have some cabinets locked and some unlocked and then require the person in that department to also be the only one at that register? As for the registers up front, on the off chance I go to one manned by a person, I usually go to a lit one just to see no one there and nearby associates talking away. This walmart DOES have a lot in stock, but delivery is better (if you get someone who can understand what is in your order) if you don't want to deal with people who obviously hate it there and treat you like a criminal instead of hiring...

I WILL NEVER order another cake from the bakery here. Not only did I order it a week ahead of time. They waited until an hour before pickup to tell me it was canceled. That they had absolutely nothing for my custom cake. I am BEYOND mad....
