Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Liberty

Placed an order online arrived 25 minutes after placing order. The manager told me it would be like 5 more minutes ok no problem as I am waiting I see this young lady pull 3 of my pizzas from the oven set them down by the dirty pans and put orders together that came in after my order. When I attempted to ask the manager why this happened he just gave me a dumb look and asked me if I would like him to call the store Manger I said yes. He the manager the one that is supposed to be in charge went to the back and never did come back out another employee was being nice trying to ask what the problem was when I tried to explain another rude employee started saying all kinds of hateful things a young man who was working the drive thur. Told her you can't talk about or to customer like that. She said I will talk to who and how I want. I have not been to that pizza hut in two years due to bad service ,, I will never...

Living in Liberty, TX, pizza options are limited so we usually go for Pizza Hut online ordering & delivery but that's certainly going to change. We waited an hour & a half tonight for our food to be delivered. Sure is disappointing when you wait that long only to not receive all of the items we paid for.

We order an extra marinara sauce EVERY time we do the online delivery and we have never once received it. Tonight they forgot that AND our dessert, so you try to call pizza hut in LIBERTY, but you only get corporate headquarters.... Why is that? Anyway, after 2 phone calls and different representatives, I finally got in touch with the local pizza hut and they say they will bring our dessert back by our house.. hopefully we get that before 10pm tonight. Pitiful.

Absolutely worst pizza hut ive been to. We called and ordered over the phone, we payed over the phone as well. When we arrived at the drive in we was told they had canceled our order and never contacted us. The staff was super rude not to mention. We then went to reorder and one employee was yelling at the manager because she didn't know what she was doing and was trying to charge a lady for a completey different order , so she got mad at the manager for not coming in there. While waiting on our order they come out and tell us that they don't have what we ordered . If I could give zero stars I would this is ridiculous we waited an hr for our pizza then travel 20 min to pick it up cause no one called just to find out they canceled it then the absolute rudeness and cluelessness is ridiculous .
