I had to go in there twice for my husband. He gave me a list of what I needed because he was in the middle of our house project. The first time I went in I asked the front desk if someone could help me find plumbing supplies. They called someone and a wonderful lady by the name of Sherry helped me get everything. One thing they were completely out of that I really needed and she said where else I can go in town to get that item and I went where she said and they had it. The second visit as soon as I walked in a young girl I believe by the name of Johnna (I’m horrible with names) asked if I needed help finding something and of course I did again with plumbing. She found everything I needed. The front checkout is quick and thorough. Both days I was in a rush and I did not have to wait to checkout. Front desk employees are friendly as well. All in all this place is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. Hopefully my hubby can go now (Lol!) but I’m sure if I needed to go for him again I know who to ask for and am sure others will be just as helpful as these 2 amazing ladies. Went to the store virtually when it opened on a rainy day. It was very well staffed & everyone was gearing up for the work day. Dealt with 4 staff members all of which were very polite and helpful...willingly. One gentleman walked me thru the store to each item I needed and made sure it was what I needed but also took the time to educate me in a non condescending manner so that I would know for future times what the different options were & how to keep from re-working due to using incorrect components. Also, I thought the price would be higher since it was not a big chain supply store but it was not! Pleasantly surprised by the people at Potez!......

I had no problems with anyone, up until now. I went last week for a toilet piece, the employee didn’t care to show me just pointed and walked away… I gave a second chance & went back today for something else, the employee asked what it was & told me they don’t carry it. Then proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else. If you had to ask me what it is, how would you know if you have it or not? You can look, or get someone to help me look if you don’t know? But telling me to go somewhere else? Cool, I’ll...
