The African American lady with the blonde w glasses is always an issue, first I tried to ship a cologne domestically, which is allowed via usps, Ebay etc. And she was telling me it was illegal? Made a scene in the whole room for that, I told her its not and that Ebay allows this as well as USPS, she then proceeds to bringup a guideline book for USPS and points to a page saying it is illegal if it was INTERNATIONAL, but domestic was completely fine. And me A CUSTOMER had to point that text out below the āDomestic shipment is allowed without licenseā text. Then she proceeded to ramble to me about how USPS shipping is more accurate and cheaper then VENDORS (eBay,Mercari, etc) who work with USPS, UPS etc and get discounted rates, For an item thatād cost $8 for me to ship w Ebay became $20 with USPS so she was lying, and wouldnāt even admit when she was wrong, this was a few months agoā¦Proceeding from that I needed help to ship an item that didnāt have a prepaid label, it was my first time and she was just rude the whole time talking to me as if I was stupid. And that brings me to today, I came in just to ship some items with the self service checkout, but I once again had a label that needed a address etc, so I walk in pay for the label and ask for a pen, without warning me she just threw the pen across the room, (Missed the counter too) and made a joke of it. I been here multiple times and always get the bad hand of God always landing on this woman, And the times I do not everyone else is fine and respectful. I hear how she talks to hispanics and other immigrants who are there for passport related items and she is blatantly rude and talks to them like theyāre stupid. I understand at times its rough to translate, but her manner of doing so is inappropriate, I am not one to write such long reviews or reviews at all most the time, but this I hope gets elevated to USPSās higher ups. We had lost mail box key for our neighborhood mailbox We paid 28 dollar to make one new kew. And put mail On hold request. Itās been 5 days Everyday I come here to get. My mail and they say we donāt have mail even after I am getting email from usps with the pictures every morning how many mail I have. We also requested being mail back and I post office so we can pick up previously delivered mail , after putting this request now itās 5 business days still they dont bing back . Supervisor promising to contact the carrier and calm me back from last two day but not getting any call Due to their mis management and communication gap with their staff We are going to be behind in paying or bills and will pay the panatles or late fees. Today after venting in the line for 30 minutes Now I have to wait for the supervisor from last 45 minutes Then the different supervisor came out and telling me that they cannot hold my mail here because you have a cluster box after five business days that giving me this excuse because their carrier is not following up their instructions and not bringing my mail back. Also supervisor is telling me that I cannot come every day and pick up my mail
Totally mismanaged USPS. Lord have Marcy on this . Iām going to write a letter to the hi Authority for this location there really need to care about their customer . But I donāt think so about anybody And understand other people situation...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in the post office today at around 2:50 p.m. 6-28-2023.There were three people behind the desk, but only one lady was working. The lady that was working had a short silver hair cut. She was very pleasant. The other two women were carrying on a personal conversation that had nothing to do with the mail or packages while the other lady did all the work! I waited on the employee who was working to finish up with a customer before me before I could be served. I asked her who can take me, she said either one of us can. I told her I preferred to come to her. The women kept talking!!! There was no one else in the post office when I was there. This is disgusting. Why are they behind the desk, if they are not going to work? Why are they there if they are going to ignore the customers on purpose? Please do not leave the employees alone, most of them can not be trusted to do what they are getting paid to do, WORK! Layoff should be taking place right now. Keep the older employees, they will work. In addition, the next time this happens, I will record it...
