RD Sports Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Lilburn

I wanted to like this place, but it is NOT a sports bar. Not in the slightest. At 7:00 pm on a Sunday evening, the music is obnoxiously and blaringly loud, no TVs were on, and we could not hear anything to be able to communicate with staff. My partner and I ordered 2 tostones, it took 50 minutes to get them (after being quoted 5 minutes prior to getting the check).
