This location messed up my order, then asked for a survey on the receipt. I filled out the survey and a week or two later, I received an email from Pizza Hut apologizing for the mistake and offering a free pizza for the mistake. A couple weeks later, I tried to get the free pizza and was told online that I had to spend at least $10 to get anything delivered. I called this location to assure them that I would tip the driver as if I was paying full price for the pizza (I assume this is the reason for the $10 minimum). They said it is a $13 minimum and the manager (Karina) refused to deliver the pizza that I thought was supposed meant to be an apology. I told the manager I no longer wanted the pizza, as I had lost my appetite for pizza and could cook for myself. I would have preferred that they never offer me the free pizza in the first place, rather than use this second opportunity to spit in my face again. If you want good pizza in this area, Marcos makes much better pizza. Brookwood pizza on Dogwood and Oak make a cheeseburger pizza the like of which I have nothing to compare and Riverside Pizza is the best low price pizza around here. I hope other customers of this location have better experiences than I did, but sub-par products backed by slap in the face customer service has done it for me at this location and possibly for Pizza Hut in general. I know too many good places (like Italian Pie) to put up with this.
Edit 4 June 10:25pm: I forgot I had reviewed this location before and tried to place an order again. I tried to call in an order 35 minites before closing and the employee just picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything to me. I called back thinking it must have been a mistake and they did it again. Pizza Hut should close this franchise and ban the franchise owner from association with the...
Read moreThe food is always great here and normally the delivery drivers are as well. But today the delivery driver Victor was extremely rude. I have specific delivery instructions to park at my garage in the open space & to use the sidewalk to the left of my townhouse to deliver to my front door. He called with an attitude stating he was at the back & I gave him instructions on how to walk to the front. He did not want to do that. He asked where can he park his car & I told him he can pull in & park on the outside of the garage meant for 2 vehicles. He ignored those instructions and then proceeds to drive to the side of my house & park on the street in a turning lane which is fine he can do what he wants with his car at this point. He walks up to my front door with an attitude, doesn’t greet me, instead he says “If you can’t come to the back for future orders I just won’t deliver to your house.” I was shocked & informed him that I have ordered from this location many times & no driver has ever had an issue with coming to my front door. I have never been spoken to like this regarding a delivery & it was very disappointing since there is a delivery instructions section provided by Pizza Hut for the customer to provide instructions on how they would like the food that they purchased delivered. I should not be treated poorly because of that. I get deliveries almost daily whether it’s Amazon, Publix, Kroger, door dash, food, online shopping and more and I have never had an issue with someone simply not wanting to walk a few feet to...
Read moreRude and unknowledgable employees! Called for one of their specials and the girl who answered was very rude and unprofessional. She was not familiar with their deals and refused to give me what I asked for. I walked in and no one even acknowledged me for the first 5 minutes i was there and proceeded to help customers who walked in after i did. I finally get someone's attention and ask if they were who I spoke with on the phone and they told me to hold on. 3 more minutes and I grabbed her attention AGAIN and she told me she wasn't who I spoke with. So I told her the problem I had over the phone and she told me that if I knew what the deal was I should have told the person I spoke with over the phone about the deal. UNBELIEVABLE !! Why should I have to tell an employee about THEIR job's menu and deals and on top of it have this lady tell me what I should have done instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem. So I told her to just cancel the whole thing and she replied, "that's fine" with an attitude. I dont care if she thinks thats fine and it absolutely is NOT fine. So rude. So now I'm going out of my way to the one in Lawrenceville on cruse road because they know what they're doing and they answered the phone with great customer service. I will never return to this location!!...
