CareCore At Lima — Local services in Lima

I am borrowing a laptop, so im not lynda. i was recently a resident for 2 weeks. my 2 stars are giving to activities occupational staff and a handful of nurses and aides' you few were great and i so needed you when i was there. thank you so much. many of the staff were just mean. i am diabetic, and run low sugars ecsp. at nite. many times i was told they have no snacks or oj at nite. are u kidding me?i was once incoherent for 3hrs laying in achair in my own stool and urine. i was freezing cold shivering and i believe thats how i woke up. i was given one small cup oj. nothing else available. and told breakfast would be in a few hrs. i truly felt unsafe and uncared for. ps my clean up was cold water in the sink, thalf these rooms dont have hot water. as a fellow nurse ladies i would be ashamed, i believe your there for a paycheck and not the love of helping people when i was at my lowest andscared . please consider another job more suited to your needs and happiness because it...

Very poor place to live. DO NOT leave your family here. They let my husband out to smoke in the early morning and left him outside in what felt like 19° weather for over an hour. My husband died at their facility but because he was a full code they called ems and he was taken to LMH. No one but the aides did CPR on him. The nurses would not initiate CPR. As a nurse that is your job. They have tried to cover it up, forging his signature, getting rid of evidence. This place is not suited to take care of humans. I would leave my pet at this facility. Larry was in his right frame of mind, he had an electric wheelchair. He went the for therapy to get stronger and ended up dying there. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOURLOVED ONES!!!...

This place is a disaster! My family member called me, and told me she was on the floor. I had to call the facility to let them know she was on the floor. She was sent to the hospital because she was hurting, and once she was checked out they said she had a broken rib. Idk who is dropping the ball at this place but someone needs to find out what the root of the problem is! This place is going to be going out of business if this kind of help continues.
