The manager Xavier,meat up my transaction long story short the pizza gets here and the receipt shows that I had paid with a cash which I paid with credit card now the problem was it came to 23$, well there was a problem though on his part with the transaction how to cancel the order some kind of mistake he made And a problem was with me he wanted to can't he said that my money would return to my card in 24 to 48 hours well I had a $1.22 left in my account and he wanted to rerun my card which I tried to explain to him several times that I had a $1.22 left on my card Long story short driver came with a pizza and we had to call him because she's asking me for money for the pizza when I paid with the credit card so that took more time up we call Xavier the manager up on bellefontaine road here in Lima Ohio I'm on the phone literally for 20 minutes that the pizzas in the car trying to figure out you know the transaction The ending so the Indian results was he told me there was nothing he could do about it that he'd have to take back the order and I said sir I said isn't there something that you can do since this wasn't my fault and he tells me well there's there's physically nothing wrong with the pizza I tell him are you serious we've been on the phone for 20 minutes talking about the transaction dimension I'm out in the cold in the driver's car listen to death so took the order back I said sir since this wasn't my fault is there anything that you can do to satisfy me on your mistake and thought that you made and all the things that came with his faults.. he said there was nothing that he could do for me and he said it pridefully I just want to say that he basically wasted all this time with me .....as a dedicated pizza place ,which is not as long as he manages.not only you know having to make the call and then the 45-minute delivery and then another 20 minutes no maybe 30, Sad part is I'm sitting here no pizza wasted all this time he Xavier the manager on bellefontaine road in Lima Ohio couldn't even compensate or do anything to help me dedicated customer Pizza Hut he said that he was the higher up there was no one higher than him and I'm positive that whoever's higher than Xavier the manager wouldn't be happy with this at all I never post or complain but I am on this one because this is messed up God be with him say that in amigo terrible post but you said there was nothing he could do and I totally disagree that he could have done something something satisfy me and I'm very dissatisfied and I will not that store oh wait like I understand people make mistakes but like he's just was very prideful is also very rude arrogant and his...
Read moreOk...love Pizza huts...but this one is in major need of a good manager. Last night...walked in a lady said she was sitting waiting 30 mins. To pick up her take out pizzas.. (should have been a sign). It's was a Friday night at 7 pm and they were out of Bud light draft? Strange..took awhile to get drinks..we started with a dirty table...then we took notice of one girl was doing everything. Sitting, waitressing, take money, dealing with take outs. After 25 mins. we asked out our breadsticks...they came out cold...with cold sauce. Couldn't get another beer..so my wife went up and asked for one. The girl acted surprised...opened the beer and then was bsing with a friend. My wife got back up and took it off her hands. Pizza didn't come out..after 45 mins. Plus...my wife got up again to check and see what was going on in the back...after round 4 or t people just folding boxes. The busgirl...didn't help waitress but the table behind and beside us was not cleaned up the whole hour in half we were there. The place had maybe 4 or 5 tables. Pizza was good and hot....but we will never go back to that one. In serious need of a manager who cares. No reason they should be out of bud light draft on a early Friday night. Read moreWe arrived shortly after 6:30pm to an empty dining room and were told by the waitress that we could sit wherever we wanted. After walking around the building seeing nothing but dirty tables we asked the waitress to clean one off for us. We ordered our drinks and she came back with a box of unwrapped bendy Walmart straws because "someone got the wrong ones". And had us grab our own out of the box. Then we order our food, a personal pan pepperoni for my son, bookit, a super supreme for me and an order of cheese sticks. I was then told that they were out of ham and onions for my pizza, fine make it without them. Twenty minutes later our cheese sticks and my pizza make it to the table together. My son's pizza however isn't ready because the new cook messed it up and it had to be remade. That took ANOTHER 20 minutes to get out to us. I had to go find our waitress to get my check and a box and then I had to ask for the discount she said she gave me for my son's pizza taking 40 minutes to make it to our table.
The over all service here was extremely poor. Not once have I seen the waitress out here cleaning tables and there are only two other people in this dining room since we sat down. Another couple came in as we were getting ready to leave and after waiting over 10 minutes for the waitress to bring them...
