Dollar General — Local services in Lima

I visit this store on a once or twice a month bases. The main reason is so I can add money to a prepaid credit card. At the counter I recognize the cashier as a fairly new employee (at the max, 2 mo) she was the one who rang me up the previous month. Hand her the card & tell her the amount to add & she says pretty much the same thing from the previous month. "I don't know what to do"? Luckily, I do. So I lead her through the 3 step process & successful add money to my account. I don't exactly want to put all the responsibility on the cashier because she genuinely reacted like no one ever trained her properly. This Particular store is by far, the most unorganized disaster Ive ever been too. Merchandise bin thingys are always in the aslies full of the products we spend our hard earned money on, while the shelves they go on are empty. Nothing is ever where its supposed to be. when you ask an employee if they have what youre looking to buy, ive been told on more than one occasion, that they dont know what they have in stock or don't. This place basically looks like the worst thrift store you can imagine and definitely not like any of the other dollar general stores in this town. Rebecca the manager is rude, the employee the checked me out (I didn’t catch her name and she didn’t give me my receipt) I was being accused of stealing because I found some items that were ringing up a penny. Told me they weren’t allowed to sell them and then they called corporate office just to be told that they do indeed need to sell these items. They were rude and hateful the whole time, holding up a line of customers myself included, just because they were mad that I found some good deals.
