I was changing carriers to Boost mobile. The previous carrier didn't want to let me keep my old phone number that I had for 20+ years. It was a struggle. Had to return to Boost a second time to jump through hoops for other company. I first encountered Kendell. He walked me through everything so politely and patiently. He tried everything in his power to help accomplish the task however the previous company wouldn't comply. I returned the following day and the lady working was Lala. She in turn was patient and professional. We finally got someone to help with the transfer and Lala was able to restore my phone information, contacts and calendar that I desperately depend on. These 2 employees went above and beyond for me. Their expertise was commendable. I appreciate everything that they did for me and highly recommend them...

I said itās a free upgrade. He then told me to get out of the store because I questioned him an asked him not to be rude. Then as Iām leaving the store he flips me off. I called allied communications who owns the store an to report this an of course no one answered. Donāt go to this store cause I also contacted boost about this an they said even if they are a Franchise they are getting the SIM cards for free an arenāt to charge customers...

Phone is not working right and it still cost me $100 or so to get a new phone activated,i switched my plan from the $35 to the $60 but I had $40 on the books. I'm very unhappy. Customer service has been on a decline ever since I started with boost. Now at the point to say forget it all and walk away if something isn't done and I'm taking care of.
