Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lima

I ordered a latte at the Starbucks in St Rita’s hospital to go. When got in my car and put the cup in my console cup holder the lid popped off and coffee went all over the console and down the sides. The lid hadn’t been fully secured. Once it was open I could see there was no foam at all. It looked like hot milk. I normally don’t post complaints but any service industry doing business in a hospital should train and supervise their employees better. The patrons have enough stress going on and deserve high quality service. Plus Starbucks being the biggest coffee retail service company in the US should have much higher quality control.
