Leanna was the person who helped us with the paperwork, Jacob was the gentleman who listened to us about what we needed and immediately took us to the the furniture we needed. We didn't like the color option but the style is what we were looking for, he took us to the back of the store opened some boxes and there it was. Leanna was super friendly and knowledgeable, and funny. Jacob was willing to go above and beyond for us with zero pressure. I felt like the service we received was genuine. They made furniture shopping fun, when usually it's stressful. So if you need something for your house or apartment, if this store doesn't have it, you probably really don't need it! *I had to come back and add to my review! So I received a call today from rent -2-own to inform me that they picked my wish to grant! My father in law passed away in February and I asked for a urn for his ashes (it's been a rough year and we haven't been able to get him one) It couldn't have came a better time as I just recently suffered a stroke on 12/10/24. Being only 34 years old it was completely unexpected. So that made Christmas look a little different for us this year, as I went from 45hrs a week to unable to work. I know that my boyfriend really wanted to get a urn for his dad for Christmas, but having to stay with me 24/7 has cut into his work life as well. So I just want to say THANK YOU RENT-2-OWN FOR MAKING OUR WISH POSSIBLE!! YOURE AMAZING!!
