This store is highly disorganized.

My family and I stopped in the rent an instrument for our son. We were told that we needed to speak to the manager. we left our contact information and never heard from him. we went back and ended up renting an instrument anyway.

The next thing I know they have lost our credit card information and need it again, then when we finally get our contract it is over priced by hundreds of dollars. what a mess.

I just revised my review from 2 stars to 1 star. my son got his instrument today and it is the wrong color. I wonder...

Great service!!! Took my sons flute here for a full restoration. Total cost was well within budget at $313. Mike Hoge handled the transactions and did an amazing job keeping me informed.
