Don’t usually post reviews especially bad ones! But I really had no choice but to! I’ve been here before and never had any type of issue. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old the last time I was here me and my wife went into the jump house with our kids and watched from a far distance to make sure there ok and make sure they don’t get hurt. Never was charged to go in. Today I got charged close to 90$ and when I asked why the 2 girls working up front say” this is how it’s always been we charge everyone for going in. So I asked her to look my name up and see how much I’ve been charged everytime I came there and every time I was there me and my wife go into with my kids. Anyways long story short I paid and as me and my wife are paying the 2 immature girls working the front are looking at eachother giggling and making eye contact with eachother trying to make a joke out of what was going on as if this was a money issue. It definitely was not a money issue just the fact that some parents want to be able to watch there kids. I’ve taken my kids to every play place you can possibly think of and was never charged to go in and even if I was I didn’t get the disrespectful eye contact or kiddy attitude I got today from any place I have ever been to. Then I talk to the manager “Moe” and he says the same thing they did “it’s always been like this we charge everyone and he says I can go back in the system and check what you’ve always been charged and I said yes! Please do and he never did. You guys let 4 year old run around with kids of all ages and sizes is extremely dangerous. That’s why I stand in there to make sure my daughters are ok. It’s not like I’m jumping and sliding and having the time of my life. Again it’s not about the money. I have no respect for money sometimes the way I spend it. It’s just the principal of what happened. I’m used to paying 2 thing then all of a sudden it’s double. You need to get some new workers because to be honest with you. If it wasn’t for my wife telling me to let it go I could of made a problem out of it. You’re workers make 10-15$ an hour and they wanna smirk and laugh and cover there mouth with there shirts directly in the customers face and make it obvious is absolutely ridiculous! This is bad for business and I definitely 1000% will never err come back and I will be posting my experience on...
Read moreJust had my daughter's birthday party here today, and we had a blast! Their website does not do justice showing how awesome it is, so I wasn't really sure what to expect when I booked.
With the birthday package, they assign you an employee to help out during the party. The employee that assisted us was Stormi. Stormi was very attentive to our needs & was checking in with me constantly! Everything ran smoothly & we had no issues with our party!
The inflatable obstacle course is HUGE! And they also have a separate inflatable area for kids 2 & under. My kids & guests jumped for hours. There are also arcade games, which can add up in price after a bit, but they have a big variety! They also had a little motorcycle riding game that was just the right size for my 2 year old & so cute! I did see staff coming out to wipe the arcade games every now & then. This place is super clean!
I did give 4 stars so here are a few negatives..
The first thing would have to be the pizza. They were honest up front about it being frozen. Unfortunately, it was pretty bland & the crust had more of a cardboard texture. My guests & I just weren't huge fans of it.
My other negative is the obstacle portion where the kids go into the circle area that has the moving arms. I have no idea what it is called lol. They only allow a certain amount of kids in there at a time, for safety reasons. Which is understandable. But they have no way of blocking off the entrance while the employee operates it. Kids kept in running in there every 5 seconds & the staff would have to stop the arms & call the kids out. And sometimes the kids did not listen. And I could tell the staff was getting very frustrated, understandably. A few times he seemed a little short with the kids due to the frustration. I think it would be a great idea to add a rope or something, and maybe allow the group of kids in there for so many minutes and then it's the next groups turn. Just my two cents.
But even with the very few negatives, we had a blast. And my kids are already asking when we will be going back! So I would highly recommend Jumps for any birthday party or even to just go hang...
Read moreI'm writing this review to warn other parents, especially those with special needs children, about the lack of understanding and compassion at this establishment. We came here hoping for a fun day for my 5-year-old son, but we left with him in tears due to an incredibly upsetting and frustrating experience.
My son has autism and, because of his condition, he will not keep socks on. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but other jumping and play places we've visited have always been understanding of his needs. As long as I am right behind him to ensure his safety—which I always am—they have allowed him to play.
Here, however, the staff was completely rigid. They immediately denied us entry, citing "policy and safety." When I tried to explain his condition and asked to speak with a manager, the staff was not only rude but also completely dismissive. They refused to even try to get someone else on the phone. The unhelpful and unyielding attitude felt discriminatory and left us feeling unheard.
After coming all this way for a day of fun, we were forced to leave, and my son was heartbroken and crying. It's truly disappointing to see such a lack of empathy. If you're looking for a place that values understanding and compassion, I would strongly advise against...
