The epitome of RUDE, lazy, don't care, pitifully trained in customer service, lying through their teeth night shift employees.
Went to pick up an Uber order already placed by Uber's customer. The order was not canceled by Uber or Burger King, nor was the customer contacted to inform him that they are busy cleaning, not cooking like they should be, cause you know...they all want to get out early.
I checked the doors, locked. Pulled around to the drive-thru, ignored. Pulled up to the window and knocked hard as I watched 4 employees scatter like cockroaches looking for a place to hide. When I finally had to take it to another level by yelling loud enough that they could hear me calling them rude, lazy and useless, I finally got acknowledgement in the form of a toothless wonder screaming that she can't make what they don't have.
Thing is, there were several cars behind me looking to order or pick up orders. So this location doesn't have the resources to make anything at all??? She's a liar and on top of it she had the nerve to yell at me for simply seeking acknowledgement for an order when the location was open for another whole hour! AND if it were actually true that they were out of all food, why would you ignore everyone who needs to pick up an order? You're open till 2am, NOT 1am. HAVE SOME RESPECT AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
No worries to the 3-4 employees in the building. I have reported to Ubereats...they aren't real happy with you BTW. I will also be contacting your store General Manager AND corporate about this. I'll take it as far to the top as I can go! I have never been so insulted and am completely flabbergasted that your employees find that behavior acceptable. I will...
Read moreThe staff is friendly and courteous. I like to start with the good before the bad. For whatever reason they are always very slow to take an order or serve the food once ordered and paid. I'll be behind someone, they order and pull forward. I'll sit there for like 5 minutes or so before they take my order. The other vehicle will be waiting atbth window. That vehicle will pull away and they'll take my order. I get there, pay, then am always asked to pull around the corner to wait by the doors and they'll walk my food out. If I pull up and there is one car in front of me it can be up to 15-20 minutes to get my food. Not always but not uncommon. It's really odd. Food is consistent at the location. I've dealt with the manager once for a tech issue with T-Mobile Tuesdays and while no immediate resolve for rhrbiasie was offered he did honor the free Impossible Whopper without much hesitation. Like I mentioned in the beginning; they are a nice bunch of people just extremely slow. If you see a line of any more than 2 cars don't bother. You'll be there over...
Read moreI went in and ordered 2 woppers for $6.00 and when paying I gave the young lady a large bull and told her it's a large bill so she stuck it in the register and made change for a $20 so I told her 2 times that she should have gave me more back and opened the register and showed me a $20 so I took the burgers and took off. The burgers were like slop and it had way too much Mayo and after I told them light on the Mayo so after I figure out what to do I personally won't ever go in there again. I just remembered that when I gave her the money, I think that she pulled up 1 or 2 $20s and stuffed my bill under the $20s. I honestly didn't know what to do. I might go to the LP police department and file a complaint because if I were to go in Burger King and ask the manager to check their camera's I don't think they will. I have a fast temper and don't want to go that route. I suggest you all stay away from this place. The review for some reason states 2 months ago but this happened today Thursday...
