Nice scenic bike path. The down side is the vast majority of riders are completely ignorant of biking etiquette. At least 95 % of the riders come flying by from the rear with no heads up of their approach. That's biking 101. It creates a dangerous situation for all concerned. This collection of individuals, the Lance Armstrong wanna bes will come like bats out of hell unannounced from behind to squeeze between you and a person pushing a baby carriage with inches to spare. This puts everyone at risk so they can keep their time, as if somebody is waiting with a contract in hand to sign them up for the Tour de France. And the motorized bikes fly by as well. I've personally witnessed a Lance A type rider strike my girlfriend's bike passing from behind unannounced knocking her to the ground causing injuries. He didn't stop and just kept speeding on. If I got my hands on this clown I'd have worked him over.
