Wow! I just had the most amazing customer service experience with The Loft. I ordered a book using their online store and accidentally messed up my shipping option. I emailed them and requested to cancel the order. Michael wrote me back and explained other shipping options and offered to cancel the order if I wanted. After choosing a different shipping option, Michael asked me if this was a gift. I told him yes and he offered to wrap it and write a note if I wanted to.
