Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

I'm super dissatisfied with the customer service by a gentleman named "Caleb". Today 09/06/21 my aunt and I visited the store to pick up some hot and ready pizzas. Cause the slogan is "hot and ready" turned out that there wasn't any ready except one beef pizza. There wasn't any crazy bread ready and that was the main reason we went. The entire time my aunt spoke the gentleman kept rolling his eyes over and over and making a big deal out of us ordering food. He was rude and didn't have very good social skills with the customers. But we decided to order and wait for our food. The gentleman for one didn't listen to our order he got one of our pizzas wrong, luckily we only paid for the one he gave us. We were told they didn't have any wings so we weren't able to order any of those. We went outside to the car to wait and as we were waiting my aunt realized that they were going to give us the "hot and ready" beef that was probably dried out. So my aunt went back inside to ask for a fresh beef pizza. He rolled his eyes yet again at my aunt, and then didn't tell the people in the back to make a new one, so my aunt made me aware she was going to wait inside to make sure they didn't try to shove off the old pizza on us, and like we thought they definitely tried to at first give us the old pizza. Until she stated I asked for a fresh pizza. As well as we were told they didn't have any parmesan packets either. The gentleman also tossed stuff around very rudely. His customer service skills were not okay. The gentlemanmade my aunt wait extra long too for our food when it was sitting there ready for about 10 extra mins after they made it.. I'm super dissatisfied with how she was treated during this visit. I will not be going back to this...

Ordered 1 supreme and 1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. The supreme was great. The stuffed crust pepperoni did not have cheese in the crust. There was also a hair in the pepperoni. So I called ( 48th & Pioneers) and they told me that its store policy that if more than 2 slices are gone, they can't remake it correctly. I asked to speak to the manager on shift. Then a gentleman, Aden, told me the same thing. I explained that I placed the order and my family didn't know I ordered stuffed crust. So my daughter ate her 2 slices. I ate a piece of supreme first then saved my crust to the end, my favorite part, so once I bit i to the crust I realized there was no cheese. He just told me again that its store policy and there's nothing he can do. I said that this is unacceptable. Then he finally said we'll make it again. I thanked him and said I would be in. He reminded me to bring the other pizza. I reminded him that I agreed to bring the pizza they made wrong in. I got there and walked up to the counter and politely said " my name is Teresa, and I called about receiving the wrong pizza" a guy walked over to the top warmer and opened the door. There was no pizzas in it so he opened the lower door and reached to the bottom and grabbed a pizza. I thanked him again and went home. I was a little leary that they may have done something to it. So I looked pretty close and noticed that it was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Not happy, but I got what I paid for so I warmed it up and took a bit. A bit right into a piece of hair. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I recommend not wasteing your money or time on this location. And calling isn't going to do you any good. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS...

Ordered pizza online to be delivered. I asked for the pizza to be well done. Well the pizza isn’t even at all done nor is it well done. Spent $33. Called the store to see what they could do and the manager and staff at the location were very polite. The manager called the owner to see what they could do for me. He called back and said the owner said that I needed to drive to the store with the pizza and they would make me a new one. I’m sorry what?!!!!
