Owner terminated my membership because a non member called and said i owed a furniture company money when i left under my mat when they dropped it off and here is proof i owed 0 dollars when they dropped it off! The delivery driver pocketed the money from furniture store and my membership got terminated , lucky i found reciept in trash showing 0 balance ! When i called to question why they terminated my membership for false accusation that i didnt violate any policy in contract, i was told God said life isnt fair! Not good business ethics and just because i checked in while working out om facebook the person thought i trained people at the rock , checking in doesnt mean i work there and to think id fabricate story about a furniture company is crazy and its seems they cant get their story straight if i owned, worked or trained people ! Before signing legally binding contract the manager told me they do not follow their own contract but expect the customer to sign anyhow. Nope, that’s not going to happen. They lock you in and make it difficult to cancel after they have obtained your bank account information and continue to charge. I have heard stories about the horrible experience on cancelling but thought I would do the pay upfront method for three months like the contract says and the manager says they don’t do that either. They have other rules on the website that is different from the contract that is to be signed before joining and in the contract cancellation description was also different from what the manager said was the method of cancellation. It has been a waste of my money. I work first shift. If you get there between 5:30 and about 8 PM all the equipment is tied up by people 16 to 27 mostly just leaning on equipment socializing. There is equipment open, if you like recumbent bikes or some other odd machines that are accessory lifts at best. If the would use the equipment, get their lifts in and move on great, but that doesn't happen. If you have time to work out between 9 pm and 6 am it will be great for you. Otherwise just you're just waiting for equipment and get maybe 2 exercises in ever 35 to 45 minutes if you're lucky.
