Subway — Restaurant in Lincolnton

It was 9:40 two people pulled up when me and my daughter did all 4 of us walked across the parking lot together as soon as she pulled the door open the lights went off and a kid (under 18) walked as fast as he could to the door where we were all 4 was about to walk in as the light went out and he said we are closed. I was like you still have 20 minutes, i didnt stand in the way i let them close the door and lock it and i asked for the gms number. By the time i got the gm on the phone he was like we lock the door at 955 you wouldnt have had time i said we had 15 mins and then the gm tried telling me that we wasnt about to walk in as the store went black. He wouldnt give me a corperate number to call he said he couldnt do that. He said all the people in the store was under a certain age and the law says they have to be out by a certain time, i work in fast food the law says they have to be out by 11 he continued to call me a lair and tell me i didnt know what i was talking about. I could tell the boy at the door was younger i did not in anyway give him a hard time he asked me if i wanted the managers number and thats when i asked for the gms number he gave me the number and me and my daughter walked to our vehicle. Once the gm said he couldnt give me a corperate number to call i told him that i would leave my number for them to call me back he said that they would not respond to me and that they do not do that, to which i replied with you work for a business a well known big business and you dont have a corperate and they dont respond to customers. My son an I went to this subway this evening and there was nothing but a bunch of teenage immature boys working. There was a online order infront of me. We didnt get no greeting, the guy making our sandwhichs(which I think was a lead or manager) couldnt even hear me say what I was ordering because they was laughing an cutting up etc. They didnt have any teriyaki chicken, and we ordered a meal the chips was moved none of shelfs so didnt get chips... asked for cookies and they was never put in the bag... the guy who rang us up your couldnt even understand him. He sounded doped up mumbling... and they had all the chairs up so no one could sit inside an eat. Otherwise we would of noticed no chips nor cookies. very very disappointed we used to eat here all the time but we will not be going back if these kids are working if even then...

We ordered our food online because I had a coupon lol. Anyways, when we went in to pick up we sat down to eat and my sub was very cold. Felt like the steak hadn't been heated up. The employees remade the whole sandwich for me and gave us some drinks for waiting. We didn't mind. They truly went above and beyond trying to make sure our visit went well. We will definitely be going back again. I wish I would have gotten the two girls names that was working. Everything in the cases was fully stocked and restaurant was very clean. Definitely 5 stars across the board. We went a while back and didn't have such a good experience but we decided to give it another shot and I'm so...
