My frustrating story began with this company over a year ago…. and the saga continues to this day. Their (offshore) customer service and relationship management is absolutely horrible...and I've kept copies of all of my correspondence with them in preparation for submittal to the US Better Business Bureau.

This company has completely exhausted my patience so I am documenting my long, frustrating story for everyone to read.

Make no mistake - this is a foreign entity. I tried to do some research on the company and was relatively unsuccessful. They also appear sell the pants under several different company "names" and from my investigations may also be of Chinese origin. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER DIRECTLY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Purchase through AMAZON if you decide to purchase at all so you have recourse to get a refund or replacement!

My own saga began after I placed an order for a couple pairs of pants for myself and as gifts for Christmas in October of 2022. I received all but one pair of the pants which they informed me was back ordered. In May of 2023 (6+ months later) I contacted them about my back-ordered pants. Took almost two months but they finally sent me a pair - of the wrong color pants! After contacting them again, they had me ship the pants back (and I had to pay for the shipping!). I shipped the pants back in early July and didn't hear anything for several weeks, so I contacted them again. I've communicated with several different people in their organization, and have had to repeatedly provide the same information (i.e., name, order number, address, style, size, color, etc.). After numerous frustrating communications - with them making all kinds of excuses for their delays (they said my credit card charge was rejected, {they were trying to charge me a second time for the pants {even though I gave them my order number and original invoice number the pants I already paid for!}, they didn't have my address or order number which contained all of the details for which they repeatedly requested, etc.), they finally said they received "authorization from the owners" to send me my pair of pants! Imagine that - they needed authorization to send me the pants I bought and paid for almost a year earlier....They then tried to get me to accept the wrong color pants (again) and in a different size! Told me a family member could use them! When I told them I didn't want the wrong size, they told me they would send me a pair of pants in the wrong size because they "compared them to the size I ordered - and they are the same!" The English language used in the communications I've had with them (I've kept them all) is hilarious albeit frustrating! To date (it's been several weeks since my last communication with the dubious people working for this company) I still do not have the pants I ordered and paid for! Up until now (a year has passed) I've been trying to work with these people to finally receive the pants I ordered; however, they have completely exhausted my patience so I am documenting my long, frustrating story for everyone to read.

Good luck if you order these products and have to communicate with the company. They are horrible.

I am still waiting to see if I'll ever receive the pants they owe me. There was no chargeback on my account. I paid for the order of pants. I have the credit card record. This was the free pair. You sent me a pair 6 months after my initial order but they were the wrong color. I sent them back. Check your own records. It's been a year now....and I am...

I have purchased many pants from Bombshell, they are good quality. However, I purchased another pair of pants in January 2023 & had to return for size exchange. Here it is November 2023, & I still do not have my pants. Bombshell Customer Service says they will take care of, but nothing happens. I have contacted them numerous times. Very disappointed with this exchange process and still no pants, but they have had my money since January.

Sent another email to Bombshell Customer Service today (11/2/2023), lets see what happens this time.

Checkpoint: 11/14/23, no action from Bombshell still. In January, it will be a year since I paid for these pants that I still do not have them. Worst customer service I have ever seen.

Bombshell owner, please respond to me on this issue, appreciate it. Thanks.

12/7/2023-still no response from Bombshell pants. Numerous emails have been sent. What gives?

12/15/2023 Been trying to get somewhere on this issue with this company. All I get back is that they will take care of it-but they never do. I now consider this business as a bunch of "crooks or thieves". They have had my money for almost a year now & I have nothing to show for it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

12/30/2023 Bombshell Pants Utah told me that I would have my pants shipped to me on 12/22/2023, however that did not happen either. Will they ever close out this near 1 year issue????

Bought a pair of zip off pants for my husband for his birthday and unfortunately they didn’t fit. I contacted Wild Country Gear and they got back to promptly on how to return/exchange them pants. I knew I didn’t just want to return them but wanted to make sure that I was going to get something that fit my husband. Not only did they respond right away to my email, but Josh emailed me and then called me to get more details about what didn’t fit so we knew which style would fit. We played phone tag for a bit and when I was finally able to call them back, and explain the situation the woman that answered the phone asked “is this Michelle?” as if we were old friends and she knew exactly what I was calling for. I couldn’t believe the level of customer service. She got me in touch with Josh and we figured out what he thought would work and shipped them out right away. They of course worked perfectly and then Josh followed up again to make sure everything was ok.

The level of customer service from this business was incredible. I wish that all retailers, especially online retailers had the level of customer service these people/this business does. They make their customers feel valued and like they’re getting personal service. Can’t say enough good...
