We are a gym design company. I was doing our showroom over $150,000 in electrical. I was told I needed a specific part to install my commercial lights. Devin Robinson the salesperson told me I needed this as part of my order. I told him my electrician said, it wasn't needed and it was just a waste. I was assured after multiple conversations with Devin Robinson and his manager the parts were needed. Turns out my lights worked fine and it was not needed. I asked to return the unneeded parts as they were still in their box and not used. I was told I could not return the expensive unneeded parts. This also happened to my electrician.
