As we were searching for someone to put up our Christmas lights this year, Spencer reached out to us. He provided exceptional customer service, and killer pricing for the install & take down of the lights. Appointment day arrived, and two of his guys came just as the sunset & the rain storm rolled in. They were precise, perfectionist, dedicated, friendly & fast! Keep in mind, we have a tall roof. The guys made sure everything was great & properly working before heading out. My husband & I are blown away how amazing the lights look & the hard work these guys put in to get it that way. When my husband was young, he did this very side job himself. He’s a very OCD & perfectionist person. I have been one of their clients for the last three years. I have loved the convenience of their service-they come and install the lights in a couple of hours, and they come and remove them. They are clean and they do not leave any of the packaging behind. My house lights always look super cute! The best part is that if something happens, I know I can text them and they will come and fix it. They have been so great to work with-they send me a text before the holidays start and then they text me again after the holidays for removal. This company is amazing! I've been using them for 3 now. I have a very steep roof line and did not think I would be able to have Christmas lights ever put up, these guys are fearless. I really appreciate the fact when they do take down the lights they give an option for them to store the lights and put them up again the next year rather than me having to store lights.
