Family Fare Supermarket — Local services in Litchfield

Love Family Fare! Do my shopping exclusively there. When they ran out of a product that I had been purchasing consistently, the produce man arranged for me to get a special order whenever I required it. And produce is awesome! Always fresh, lasting long after I get it in my refrigerator. Recommend your store to anyone! They have great Personnel who are kind and accommodating to my needs as I am disabled. I love the pick up Fast Lane service. Only thing I wish they could improve on is that the service would allow me to use my EBT card.

Today, my cashier, who's line was empty, came out & brought me to her register. She helped me unload my items, then quickly checked me out & reloaded my electric cart. Everyone was very kind & helpful! I highly recommend...

I've noticed the food quality going down at the deli for hot lunch choices. Today I was out and about at 11:30am I was like hey I'll swing by family fare the food should be pretty fresh since it's before lunch. Got chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. They were the driest chicken tenders I've ever had in my life. Like chewing leather. I asked the counter lady when were these chicken tenders made and she said 10:00 a.m. So I guess if you want fresh food for lunch at family fare you need to go there at 10:00 a.m.. I told her that they were the driest chicken tenders I've ever had and she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't offer to fix the problem or offer me anything else. So I won't...

Just when you thought customer service was non-existent, along comes Justin the assistant director (manager) at Family Fare in Litchfield, MN. Justin is a super kind and understanding individual, with customer service skills that go above and beyond.

His willingness to satisfy and help the customer is beyond reproach. I had a circumstance that needed intervention and Justin really stepped up to the plate and showed his kindness and expertise in pleasing the customer. 😃

I'm not a big fan of people anymore but Justin has renewed my faith in humanity. Thank you Justin don't ever change you're awesome....
