None words for the gym only for the Booster Club, my daughter decide to stop doing gymnastics last February (2024) Booster club charge me $3000 for the competition, email them (don’t have a phone number) and they said they will refund money for us, she just did 1 competition, they never did. Still waiting Nicole (president of Booster Club) just push me around saying that she will send me a check, gave her my address that was 2 months ago and I’m still waiting, emailed her back she said that she is not the president anymore she is helping with the transition to the new president, they still don’t care about my refund, other parents and ex trainers left the gym and they already have their money back and I’m not it’s been 6 months already, the only person that helps answering the phone at the gym is Sandy (always ready to help) but about the Booster Club I’m tired to be asking for my money back I hope this message can help me to...

I’m of the belief that you give a company a chance to make things right, but after doing so, there were no changes. After Suni Lee had gone through lessons here this Gym has gotten very busy and they know they don’t need to retain customers or give you a good experience because they have plenty on their waitlist. We’ve tried multiple sessions with multiple instructors here and it is a very hit or miss depending on which instructor you get. After my daughter basically experience glorified supervised playtime I asked the Gym to provide more coaching as that is what we paid for. Nothing changed I asked multiple times and even asked to switch instructors and still nothing changed. Save your money and do not send her...

They do not make you feel comfortable when at the classes. I was told i needed to be in the corner where other people were all standing close to each other and some even sitting in chairs. Then told by the front desk, I could wait in my vehicle if to many people. I was one of the 1st customers here this morning. They have so many kids in one class the coach is unable to give direction and attention to paying customers. My daughter was hurt in class and the staff did nothing to help! I feel the price of these classes is not worth it...
