I found the KBAutosports through google, searching for a decent place to have my truck fixed. I’m not from Appleton or a native Wisconsin, I’m from the south here for work. So having truck issues when you’re so far away from home can be a little stressful. So I took a chance on these guys, I called them during the afternoon and told them what was going on with my truck. I wasn’t able to make it in until after 5:30p which I’m sure was probably past their normal operating hours. They were both super kind and stayed even later to fix my truck, which didn’t take them too long but it was much appreciated on my part. I paid my balance with my card and tipped what cash I had on me which was $70 I think. After looking around for a shop to install a 2” level and a set of tires I decided to call KB. Adam was very easy to work with, answered all my questions and gave his person and professional recommendations on what I was looking to have done to my 21 Sierra Duramax. Never once did he try to upsell me into something I wasn’t looking for as he knew my budget of what I wanted to spend now. KB has my business from this point forward with slowly building my truck to how I want it, honoring a Veteran discount is also appreciated.

Ordered wheels here, that was fine, but the lug nuts I wanted ended up getting back ordered. It happens, not a big deal, and they did provided me with a different set so I could run the wheels, but communication on their part was not good. They didn't tell me the lugs were back ordered until after I drove up there and payed them on the day of install. Ended up getting the lug nuts about 14 weeks after I placed the order and paid for them, and throughout that time it would be a few days before they would reply or I'd also just have to call.
