I have been ordering the Culver’s Single Deluxe several times a week now for about one year. Just today I thought I would like to compare my favorite hamburger to a competitor just down the street. They offered a similar burger which was approximately $1.50 more. This competitor is a very large franchise, larger than Culver’s. The Culver’s Single Deluxe is a much better hamburger. On a scale of 1 to 10 it’s a ten, the best. I would like to say that the competitor’s hamburger satisfied my hunger, but it has a long way to go to satisfy the rest of me. I would give it a six. Just above average. So, those are the facts about my opinion.
It is over a year later now, and I am even more sold on the Culver's "Single Deluxe" hamburger than I ever was before. It, very simply put, "tastes good". I like how it is served fresh,...the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayonaise are still refrigerator cold and yet the beef burger is hot. The hot/cold sensation is amazing. As of late, we've had quite a few issues. Last time we got burgers you guys forgot our French fries which you righted. Every time we order mixers lately, we get jipped on the mix-ins. I myself got a strawberry and cheesecake mixer extra strawberry and cheesecake and literally had 4 pieces of cheesecake in the entire medium mixer. My husband got an espresso mixer with pecans and cheesecake and had no cheesecake in his. We pay nearly $6 for the one with the extra mix-ins and all I got was pretty much strawberry ice cream. I'd be better off just going down the road to Kwik trip.
I used to be a pretty regular customer but as of late, I haven't wanted to. Tonight was just a real bummer because we wanted a treat and didn't have much money, but we went anyways because I had the gift card from when you forgot the fries and then this happened. Shake was also messed up whole order was wrong Called back same day no one answered call back the next day spoke to manager with proof of order. Use online ordering. Plus receipt wouldn't help at all. Told me it had to go to corporate even though I provided my receipt information and online order information kept asking for more information when I called etc. The process was slow and got no where. Waste of 15 minutes. Customer service is terrible. Which sucks went to this location multiple times a week. Recommend going to a different location.
