Memories Antique Mall — Local services in Little Chute

I’m one of the fortunate few lucky enough to experience Memories from both a buyer’s and vendor’s perspective, so please allow me to give some insight on just how great this place really is.

My first experience with Memories Antique Mall took place at one of their Flea Markets during the summer of 2016. I was hesitant to see if I could set up there, since my small business deals more in collectables than it does in antiques. But to my surprise I was welcomed with open arms, and allowed to participate. (Having been to other Flea Markets in the area, this one was by far the most planned out and well-advertised Flea Market I’ve been a part of.) I was already overwhelmed with delight for just being able to be a part of the Flea Market, but what happened next was one of the kindest things I’ve experienced in a very long time. As the day went on, the wind began to pick up, which in return started blowing my items and gazebo away. The owners actually stopped what they were doing, and took the time to help me secure everything. That act of kindness to a complete stranger is something I never forgot, and needless to say, there was really no choice to be made when it was time to expand my business and rent a case at an antique mall.

From the friendly and knowledgeable staff, to the well-stocked, well-priced selection of items, this mall is without a doubt the best antique mall in the Fox Valley hands down. The two women working the day I visited were helpful however the purchase pile I had building was at least a hundred dollars and because they were closing I asked to hold my things so I could bring my family back the next morning which would have benefited them at least double, I just preferred to make one purchase instead of separate ones...and because she had just let the older couple ahead of me do that very thing I figured it was something within reason.was I wrong. Not only was I told no, but I was ushered thru the check out very rudely as the male owner I assume made rude comments about people getting out and actually shut the lights off on us. He was so uninterested in being decent and saying thank you for the purchase I made...even after I purposely tried to engage him in conversation he snubbed me like a piece of trash. People who hate people clearly should not be in customer service of any kind! Too bad too cause I would have loved to have brought my whole family back to shop there....big big big...

Five stars! A favorite. Not only does Memories seem to be on top of things with their well-curated store, but the sales they run and level of help offered by staff is basically unrivaled in the local antique mall scene.

As good a place to decorate a home as it is to stroll around with a cup of their free coffee, the staff at Memories have always been kind and accommodating for unique needs and situations (like having to come back in a few days with a truck).

Their expansion last year has made it an even better place to spend a few hours and is a shopper-centered improvement that has added stood and kept the whole place tidy.
