Taco Bell — Restaurant in Little Chute

I will happily never go to this location again. I walked in to use the restroom and order "To Go." On my way to the facilities, I passed a man and (I assume) his daughter eating at a booth. I heard a noise that sounded like the angry hiss of a rabid badger from their general direction, and briefly saw another little girl underneath the table. Assuming she was playing a joke on her sibling, I continued into the bathroom to be greeted by a single toilet with a pile of toilet paper and who knows what else in it. Two flushes later I was comfortable enough to sit down and do my thing. While washing my hands, I noticed a pile of soap on the floor under the dispenser. So either that room has not been cleaned in awhile, or some one had been having a field day in there. Which is a shame because the building itself seems like it's newly constructed.

As I left the bathroom, the badger-child had taken a post next to the door to do the loud hiss again to scare me when I opened the door, and then ran off. The father in the booth asked if she was my kid, and I said 'No, I thought she was yours.' I went to the counter to order only to see this girl peaking from around a corner inside the kitchen to do a classic "Ha, ha" at me. I just ignored her the rest of the time and she found other ways to entertain herself, which included more running in and out of the kitchen, grabbing cups to fill at the soda fountain like she owned the place, before running off again. All of the employees acted as if she was not even there. I got the impression this kid belongs to one of the employees and that this happens often.

The service and speed I got from employees was fine, but when I ate my Crunchwrap Supreme, only the very outer perimeter had any meat or cheese. The center area was just lettuce. So the actual product was also disappointing.

There were 3 other fast food chains at that same intersection and I would much rather try my luck at one of those...

UPDATE. Things seemed to have improved. However the customer base has not. Only one person working just taking online stuff. To the lady giving the kid holy hell and yelling like an entitled banshee....jeeeez lady go home and cook for your family. That were me i wouldve slammed that window right in your face. Despite him being polite....Thesevpeople who work at this store must put up a lot of garbage. Went today and the sense of entitlement Well what do you expect when theres a lot of people in drive thru and the store. You're going to wait. Heard one guy muttering ignorant comments about employees. Just rude nasty people. I can see why theyre short staffed. No one wants to put up with verbal abuse, rude customers and their whiny attitudes. Have a stove at home? Use it then, they made younlate? Well your the one who sat there during a busy time. That one cracked me up. My order was correct, the lady was courteous and polite despite the rudeness.bravo to her. Ill be back next time im in the area. Maybe some of the complainers need to chill out and learn to cook. I went to the Little Chute location on 1/4/22. Store looked like it could've used a good clean. There was a manager there and it appeared she wasn't having a good day. I heard her yell "shut up" at another employee and scolded the drive thru worker for what i wouldve considered a minor error. (She forgot to add sauce packets) it was clear the drive thru girl was slightly embarrassed. I payed cash and when I got my order, all the tacos, literally, broken (they were taco Supremes.) Just a giant mess everywhere. Sour cream was only on one side of the tacos. Yeah loved getting a mouth full of sour cream while eating broken tacos. First time I've had taco bell in years. Sad the quality turned to garbage. At least they were fresh. Last time I go...

Where should I start. I can handle messy food, and food put together too fast its sloppy, but when u pay almost 5$ a taco and they taste like plastic or something that shouldn't be consumed its a giant disappointment and waste. The worker thew handfuls of the sauces in my bag like it was some kind of joke to crush my food. After i got home and pulled out all the sauces all my food was upside-down and leaking all over the inside of the bag. The soft shell tacos where not even folded they wrapped them in paper while flat making the cheese and meat on the inside adhere to the wrapper. The taco bell staff asked me at least 5 times if i was with door dash (I am not, would door dash make my food better quality?). TBH the little chute location is the worst taco bell from Green Bay to Appleton. I ordered from the App which I recommend (so they get your order right) but the app charged me 3 times for my order which ended up being over 100$! I called the location and the staff that answered was very rude and upset, I asked for the manager and the manager was very nice and cool, he told me exactly what to do to solve the problem. It took less than 3 minutes for the manager tell me what to do to get a quick refund. My money was refunded within the hour from the app back to my card. Beware anyone going the the little chute location. Only one of my items didn't taste like plastic and that was the fried chicken avocado ranch wrap. Everything else was not edible. A franchise owner should be ashamed, go across the street and observe Culver's employees and why they are so happy to work and make their food look amazing and presentable.
