Current review: Very much considering, never returning to this grocery store and driving distance to a competitor⦠over the course of the last couple months, I have been horrified while entering and exiting the store. The reason for this horrificationā¦. The excessive amount of dead animal carcasses as well as live animals, waiting to die within the netting this company has placed under the stores canopy.
I understand that the store is trying to deter birds from building nests underneath the canopy⦠However, Iād rather have a nest, than dead animals.
I spoke with two associates, three days ago, requesting that Mark - the stores manager- reassess the situation.
I have reached out to have Mark contact me and have yet to hear back from him. Curious to hear and understand the justification if he chooses to keep this death net up.
Review (2 years ago): There doesnāt seem to be many associates who have knowledge with regards to products the store carries and more importantly if the do carry the product usually a majority do not know where items are located. They search out that āoneā worker who actually does.
COVID mandated policy not enforced. And when I inquired about a sanitization station...a young male worker (who was standing idle) completely stared blank at me and then told me to ask āthat guy over thereā - who was a worker who was actually working. Prior to asking the āworkingā associate...I asked young man about the spray that was near the entrance unlabeled. He stated that he was unsure if it was safe for human skin but was āsure it would be okayā. Problems with the above...leave me speechless....Especially as this is an establishment that is...

I had an issue down the first isles the was a lady in changing shelf prices. Her cart was in the middle of the isle and i could not go around her. I said excuse me 2 times which she either didnt here me or ignored me. So i went down the next isle and came back from other end to get the juice. When I came to her again she gave me a strange look and went to the next isle. At the check things got worse. A gave the cashier my GC and she snarled at me and called for someone over the PA and walked away towards the office, after.a few moments i told the bagger we can skip the turkey, I'll get it next time, he said she would be right back. I asked if I did something wrong? He said no i dont think so. When she returned she said the GC was for a Jennie O and I had a 17# ButterBall so she told the bagger to return my turkey and said someone would bring a turkey up for I explained i only found about 5-7 turkeys there and all were BB's. The bagger took my BB rolled down into cart and i commented about how he buised it and guess it was good thing i wasnt buying that one. Well worker came up with my JennieO and i seen why they werent displayed. I understand that they can look distorted and disformedbbt goq they are sitting when becoming froze. But really now not only did i have a beautiful 17# turkey now I had a 12# sad very sad...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey don't put things where most people would want to come and buy. Such as with the huge alcohol products they have there, should not go in the middle, basically of the stacks. it's a grocery store, not a liquor store. They should have things that real people are coming into buy. And I don't like the one lady that works in customer service, she is rude. I don't want to say her name but it is people like that that make me not want to come back. I do, however, like Jean and that because of her I can get my baby's formula when I need it because they don't exclusively sell that kind, it is a specialized formula, she is right on top of ordering it when I need it. But other than, most workers are nice but their product organizational skills suck. I know that is a crude way to put it, but it is true. When you put baby items, foods, diapers and the like on the back corner of the store and liquor up front, then it doesn't say that you are thinking of your people/customers...it is ALL about the bottom liner, which it should be but if the store isn't user friendly, I tend to not travel there much. I would rather go across the street to...
