Absolutely horrible. The people who work here are a joke. They saw someone in a tight position with no working phone out on a work call and twisted his arm just to get a sale. Amy sold an unauthorized user on my account a new phone. "Because they could verify the billing address" she assumed it was ok even though Verizon confirmed that it shows I am the only person able to make any changes on my account. Meanwhile the phone he went in with only needed a new SIM card... Amy told him he needed a new phone. Amy went into my account and stole an upgrade from another phone line. Not only was the phone used but he was told the phone is free, just pay tax. Well the phone wasn't free. Amy put the phone on a payment plan on my account. And was charged $80 in tax on a $600 phone... after calling Verizon and inquiring about the fraud that had happened I was told this is not a reputable place and to take the phone back. Amy kept the information given to her and continued to contacted the person numerous times about how she'll "be fired if he doesn't bring the phone right back" After speaking with someone else at the store he really didn't care that any of this happened and said he was closing early because of the weather... seriously, it's raining. and I won't get the $80 (in "tax + a set up fee") back but in fact I would be charged $35 for a restock...
Read moreAwful service. I highly recommend going to any other Verizon store other than this one. I went in and explained my situation that I may not actually need these phones. Was told returning everything I bought would not be an issue at all, but if I chose to return I should do it through the phone rather then store to save a 50$ restocking fee. First I was told both phones would be free then upon receiving the bill I learned one was not, I ended up needing to return phones and cancel service and when I called Verizon they explained the person at the store knew the phones needed to be returned to the store not through Verizon. So I went to return the phones and was only then told I could not return the products the guy had sold me that came with the phone. So now I'm stuck with 200$ package of crap for phones I don't have. They lie to you hear to get their commissions up. The owner will be of no assistance either. Sent him an email to which he never responded. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything...

We met a wonderful gentleman named Jay who was exceptionally helpful. He spent quite some time transferring stuff from the old phone to the new, despite the fact that we didn't get our phones from this store, nor were we there to buy anything. His relaxed nature and high degree of professionalism made for a very wonderful experience. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone looking for phones or...
