Platinum Cosmetics — Local services in Little Falls

OH. MY. GOD.... ((Warning long review)) I read the bad review, let me tell you it's worth a million eye rolls & that's about it 🙄 I'm picky, VERY picky, I got in last minute (don't know everyone's name yet) The scheduler listened to me & knew I wanted to get in last minute, because it was my bday & my unexpected company prevented me from seeing my normal face gal in the cities... NOBODY could ever top my gal in the cities, Or so I thought.... Until I met Suzi, WOW not only is she a great listener, I'm only 3 days out & am SO satisfied, I can barely put it into words, I, unlike most, enjoy a perfectly frozen face, I don't care about looking natural (cause guess what, anyone that hasn't done Botox, doesn't know, they see you as having good genetics) 😉😉 Anyway I was nervous on many levels: Would I get sufficiently frozen, Would she do the exact areas I wanted without seeming offended or know-it-all-ly....

Would it cost me tons more 'cause LF is far from the cities.... Suzi was amazing she listened to what I said & how I felt, she uses a different product, an 'updated' type of Botox on me, She did put it in the areas I wanted & she didn't make me feel like I was being too bossy... We talked about a few different anti-aging technologies & other things this awesome place has to offer & when it was time to pay, it was right on par with what I'd expect to pay in the cities, but BONUS: They helped me enroll in a points/or coupon type of thing AND I got a birthday discount, nothing big, but everything thing helps.... My experience was in EVERY way "above & beyond" these people are super sweet, even as I'm covering my red face & smeared off eyebrows, with my bangs trying not to make eye contact, since I looked a mess... I had the feeling that I'd be looking pretty good relatively soon.... Now with my cities gal, I could feel my Botox the very same day (seriously, I'm a feen) & while that didn't happen the first night, I was pleasantly surprised to feel it a bit the next day, I can tell it's a different, but similar, product then what I'm used to... Trust, it is EVERY bit as good! I'm amazed, I've tried others & nobody has come close to comparing w/my cities gal, This time.... This time.... well, Suzi is as good OR MAYBE even BETTER! WOW I left that day (& this feels cheesy to say & it's not like me to say) but I feel like I made new friends that day, with people that value looking & feeling your best, as much as I do❤️ Self care is important & the people that help us in that area are nothing short of artistic! This is the BEST most ✨️magical✨️ place in the world.... I've been to medspa's in the cities plenty, & never had the level of professional, creative, & kind service that I always get while coming to Platnium Cosmetics. Suzy is amazing, caring & confident she knows her stuff, she has an eye for what looks good, as you can tell by the beautiful decor & relaxing feeling in the waiting room & in each service room.. Next there's Maria, & Rachel two of the VERY best artistic, injection specialists that one could ask for... They talk you thru any uncomfortable moments & they too, have an eye for detail & beauty, not afraid to make suggestions & confident in their applications... But most of all they listen, they not only make me feel (& look) beautiful, 😉 They also make me feel heard, they're professional, but down to earth too. I'm always amazed that I was able to find this gem of a business right here in Little Falls. All the girls keep up on education & know exactly what they're doing. 👍 I can not say enough good things about Platnium Cosmetics, I discovered them a year after I moved here & without giving up the MANY ways some of us chose to keep looking our best, 😉😉 I'll just say I've had MANY services here & I'll continue to be a very loyal client 💕for life! 💕 Even the gals at the desk make me feel comfortable, I never feel out of place or embarrassed when I visit (which is quite often) You can tell a little bit about a 'beauty service' place by how lovely their employees look & every single one of them are beautiful & genuine. I'm very happy 😊 that Platnium Cosmetics exists & I feel like they offer many services that anyone would enjoy. Stop in & try them sometime, you'll be so glad you did....

I have never left a negative review before, but I feel everyone needs to know of my experience and the large sum of money that is being held involuntarily at this establishment. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience working with the owner and receptionist at Platinum Cosmetics. I used their Laser Hair Reduction services, and requested to discontinue services due to high turnover in their establishment. I did not wish to start fresh with a 3rd laser tech, as I had already had to start over with the 2nd due to my first sessions going unfinished after the first tech quit. I had already paid double what I should have. I currently have $432 of unused services that I have paid to Platinum Cosmetics and the owner will not give me a refund, stating they have a policy against refunds. I had never seen the policy, nor signed a policy, so I asked them to email it to me. The "policy" does not have an effective date, and they do not have any copy with my signature stating I acknowledge such policy. I have screenshots of every form I have signed at their establishment, and a refund policy does not exist there. I have requested a refund multiple times and have never been talked to so rudely by a business or it's employees. Suzie is holding my money for services I have not used, and will not use, while she has refunded it to other customers. There is no valid contract stating that I agree to her "refund policy". Please keep this in mind when utilizing...
