We went here because of the reviews for the wings from previous customers online. We ordered the honey mustard BBQ and Buffalo sauces. First of all, we waited 35 to 40 minutes for the wings to even make it to our table. We were then told it was because of them being freshly made. After we both tried 2 wings, we were both cringing from the obvious bitter and burnt taste of both the sauce and the chicken itself. It was so unappealing that we stopped eating them IMMEDIATELY! We then waited another 20 minutes just to flag down one of the two waitresses who were not paying attention. After telling the waitress of our problem, we suggested that it may just be the oil used for the wings needing attention and the waitress started arguing with us that the oil was fresh and that the wings were fresh as well. They added that other customers told them they were fine. The staff not only argued with us and basically told us we were lying, even though we literally couldn't eat the product, but they also didn't even apologize for our unsatisfactory experience. After all of this waiting, being argued with, and just plain bad service in general, they tried to give us a card for 10% off the next visit because they were certain that we were lying. Long story short... Horrible Service, bad manners, and even worse food. I hope this reaches out to those who are fooled by the other reviews...

Came here towards the end of July and it was a great burger. Loved it. Came back on August 6th to try the Beer Belly Buster challenge. I finished it and when the waitress came to take my plate, she was surprised that I could finish it and so was the cook. I asked her for my hat and she was confused. I told her that it said if you finish you receive a hat. She said ok and asked another waitress, seemed like the supervisor, about the hat. She said that they ran out. The owner happen to walk in at the around that time and told me to leave my name and number and they would call me when the new hats would come in. He said about a week. I called about 10 days later and the person I spoke to remembered the event and told me that the new hats still have not arrived. She told me she would call me when they would come in and it would be any day. Its now November 11th and still no word. The food is excellent but they do not like to honor a promotion when they offer it. They could have given me a gift card or comp the meal in exchange for not...
