Great Wall — Restaurant in Little Falls

Went there this afternoon around 3pm. Most of the containers on the buffet were empty the other ones were almost empty and what was in the containers was old, cold and hard. I asked the server if they were going to refill the containers and I was told they were working on it. We were there another 15 minutes and none of the containers were changed or filled. The chicken on the stick was so hard you couldn't eat it as well as the little food that was actually in the containers. When we left I again told the server that only half the containers had food in them and the others were almost not edible. He refused to take anything off of our ticket. He offered an excuse that they switch the food out between 2pm-5pm and they were in the process of doing that. He got a lecture about the product they are advertising and the actual product they are offering. I explained that if their buffet is not to its full capacity (barely 10%) from 2-5pm then they should close their doors during that time. I will not go there again. Would have given 0 stars if I could have. We went to the Great Wall Friday night and it was awful, and we've gone there a lot. The buffet was nearly empty, 9 things were totally out. We waited 15 minutes to see if it was filled, we gave them that much. My husband got one eggroll, and I got 3 cream cheese wontons, and a cup of tea. We decided we'd just pay for what we had and leave. He was not apologetic at all that the buffet was not filled and said he'd just charge us the price of one buffet, saying it would be cheaper than individual prices-not true, I looked at the menu. We decided to wait-rather than pay for nothing. Food was terrible when we finally got some. They were getting a lot of to-go orders, and more people in there than I've seen in a long time. This place was very dirty, super outdated, and the food and atmosphere were not impressive at all. Customers and workers all stared us down as we entered the building. Not welcoming or inviting, instead dark and dirty. The food was not warm and very dry/overcooked. No ice cream machine. The walls were dirty and booths cluttered everywhere with bags, stuffed animals, and junk. Cleaning supplies were just out in the open near the food. I got a glimpse of the kitchen and it was cluttered back there too. Boxes piled high to the ceiling. I’m really surprised this place is open for business and feel sick after eating there. I noticed another customer nearby, inspecting his drink with a very disgusted face as if there was something floating in his water.
