Willy's Munch Gormet — Local services in Little Ferry

not sure if I can recommend this place to anyone as I have not been afforded the opportunity to try it. I called today, 09/21 around 12pm to order the famous steak and fries and steak sandwich. They told me they were sold out for the next hour, I happily placed my preorder for the following hour. The next hour, I went there and it was still unavailable. They apparently ran out of groceries… at 12pm on a Sunday when their business hours are from 10am to 12am…. The boy at the front, bless him but was not in a position to be handling a situation like this. He called his boss, while I was standing in the establishment and was told another 30 minutes. No problem, I go back home and wait. I call now after waiting another and was told that they still do not have groceries. I am not sure what is going on, but this is completely unprofessional and they should have not taken the order at all. Sad after seeing so many good reviews online, but some times a place is just good in videos.

Absolutely Amazing! We had the steak and fries with both the chimichurri and the special sauce — and wow, the sauces alone are worth the visit! The chimichurri added a fresh, herby kick that paired perfectly with the steak, while the special sauce brought a rich, savory flavor that took everything to the next level. The steak itself was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. We also tried the steak sandwich, and it was just as incredible. Highly recommend both dishes! I wanted to like this place, but I won’t be coming back. The atmosphere was off-putting, with groups hanging around inside and outside playing loud music, and a number of kids outside smoking reefer. Having lived in Little Ferry for years, I’ve never seen this type of scene here, and it immediately gave me the wrong impression. The food itself was okay, but the service was slow and disorganized, which only added to the negative experience. Overall, the environment didn’t feel welcoming or family-friendly, and it’s not somewhere I’d feel comfortable...
