I had a very bad experience at this fedex. I was expecting a delivery of a package and the person shipping added signature required and didn't inform me. I was in vacation so I called the 800 # and was told they would hold the package here for me , i habe a case # & all. This location calls me to confirm on 7/3 that I'll pickup on 7/5. Mind you I don't live close & I don't own a car. I go out my way to pickup my package. & I'm told I can't get my package because they can't find it. After patiently waiting 20 minutes the lady says the person who looks for packages is on break for another 15 minutes. At this point I'm annoyed but still patient. 15 minutes later the lady tells me I can't have my package & she cant share why. When i question her about why she couldn't inform me, she tells me it's not her job. I requested the manager, and i waited another 30 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting for resolution. the manager comes out with a nasty attatiude and tell me its because security has it. He wouldnt tell me why or provide a timeline. Wouldnt call security so i can speak with them. Just a STRAIGHT up NO!This was almost a week ago & I still haven't received an update. I not only was misgrendered 3 times by the counter lady although I corrected her multiple times. I was disrespected, and I feel like they purposely didn't give me my package because of their homophobia. I've NEVER in my life experienced disrespect like this in an establishment. Read moreThe worst fedex center with the most incompetent staff I have ever had met or dealt with. Not even 1 attempt to deliver my package. No door tag, no delivery. And parcel was sent back to sender!
Package was from att. Spoke with them and fedex. Calls were escalated to manager levels at both ends with assurances that my package will be scheduled for redellivery for today or I could go pick it up from location.
Drove for 1.5 hours to get to location because felt something was not right and then only to be told the package was sent back already as per request from att.
Spoke with att they said they made no request but I fact spoke with fedex reps and managers to make sure the package was rescheduled for re delivery.
Even received a confirmation email only to wake up today and find out it was the total opposite of what I was told.
Seriously what the hell is wrong with you guys!
Please either change management or just SHUT DOWN!
Please be wary of this place, the staff and delivery drivers and try to have your package sent to some other location...

Supposedly my package was going to be delivered yesterday. Since apparently we missed the driver, I went to the actual office looking for my package. A extremely rude lady attended my girlfriend and I. I asked for the manager. Apparently the manager was “busy”. Her “solution” was that the driver will try to deliver my package later that day by 8pm and I gave my phone number to contact me. My pregnant girlfriend was in the porch since 7:30pm waiting for the package. At 9:30ispm I got an update that apparently the driver Nicholas tried to deliver my package 6min prior.
