I recently had the opportunity to purchase products from Maximum Graphics, and while their products are undeniably impressive, I can't say the same about their customer service. While I was initially excited about my purchase, the experience quickly turned sour when I encountered numerous issues and tried to reach out for assistance.
Firstly, attempting to contact Maximum Graphics proved to be an incredibly frustrating task. Their customer service hotline was rarely answered, and when it was, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Emails went unanswered for days, if not weeks, and their response time to queries on social media was disappointingly slow. It was incredibly frustrating to not be able to get in touch with someone who could address my concerns promptly.
Additionally, when I did manage to speak with a representative, their attitude was far from helpful or empathetic. They seemed disinterested and lacked the necessary knowledge to resolve my issues efficiently. I found their lack of professionalism and inability to provide adequate support disheartening, considering the quality of their products.
On a positive note, the products I received from Maximum Graphics were of excellent quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident, and I was pleased with the overall outcome. However, this positive aspect was overshadowed by the appalling customer service experience.
In conclusion, while Maximum Graphics delivers impressive products, their abysmal customer service is a major drawback. Read moreI have used Maximum Graphics in years past to embroider chef jackets that I get for my team as Christmas gifts, and I will continue to go with them. 2021 presented a lot of challenges for businesses and staffing has been one the biggest; I ordered jackets in early November but did not receive them until December 23rd. I emailed Maximum Graphics and Marcos (I hope that's correct) responded immediately! Because I needed the jackets in a 24 hour turn around time frame the job was double what it would normally be; however, Marcos was generous enough to work on the price with me and I could not have been happier. Then Jason and his team in the Amsterdam Ave. location delivered and delivered beautifully. The chef jackets looked amazing and I was able to pick them up early on Christmas Eve. I contacted Maximum as well as USPS and neither can provide any updates on the whereabouts of my item. I reached out to the company last week to let them know my package wasn't received after 10 shipping days. This is a big red flag! 15 days later and still no sign of a package and a refusals to offer a refund. What I got instead? They cancelled my account with them (did me a favor actually) and got upset that I requested a chargeback because I did not receive my package. I've worked with a lot of printing companies and as a business owner myself i ensure order fulfillment by aligning my business with the best and most reliable shipping partners to prevent things like this...
