Took my favorite watch in for a new battery. It was such a wonderful experience from the first phone call to this moment. My watch is back on my wrist and hasn't skipped a beat. We're so impressed by their service, that I'm going in this weekend to design my custom wedding ring. I can't wait to meet the whole team and see how my ring turns out. I know it's going to be amazing....I'll post an update and picture once it's done :)

QUICK UPDATE: I went in to design my ring. So far it's been one of the best times of my life. It's exactly what every woman wants and more. I've chosen my stones and design, while eating chocolates. My design isn't the easiest but I already know it's going to turn out better than I imagined. Everyone is wonderful and they LOVE what they do. I feel like the only girl in the world when I go in. They have access to any stone and quality you need. Next update will be a picture of my ring.

UPDATE: I went in to pick up my ring. I knew it would be better than I imagined but when it was presented to me, I didn't expect it to over exceed my expectations. I started to shake a little and got teary eyed. The 3D pictures sent to me for approval were stunning so you can imagine my absolute shock when I saw the final product better than I thought. I don't know how they did it. It's precisely what I asked for and more. It's as if the ladies (Elisabeth and Char) climbed in my head and pulled out exactly what I pictured and made it possible. As you can see in the pictures my design isn't easy and I wouldn't trust ANY other jeweler to do it. I was able to pick the cut and clarity of every stone. Yes, every single stone. It was sentimental to me to have a certain clarity among the diamonds and specific cut and color of the Emerald. We worked together down to every detail and I always felt like their #1 customer. Going anywhere else but here will be a waste of your time. If "He got it at Jared", tell him to take it back and send him here.

When I first moved to CO 12 years ago and was driving down Sante Fe, I saw a dancing guy holding a sign saying "watch repair". Shortly later, I walked into this inviting shop and met Jesse and Dara, the owners, and immediately felt I met new, trusted friends. I have taken many pieces of jewelry there to be fixed, cleaned or just evaluated. While in the store, you get the feeling they know every customer well and welcome them warmly. It truly feels like stepping back in time to the local merchant's shop "where everyone knows your name." One example of the excellent service is when I lost one earring of a matching pair. This was a necklace/bracelet/earring set from Africa my son had given to me years ago. They carefully and expertly took apart and restrung my necklace to produce the beads needed for another earring but instead of creating just one to match, they made two, so now if I lose one again, I have a back-up!! I also was impressed how they support their local community of Littleton by various involvements in local causes. Sometimes, I just look through my jewelry just to find something to fix, just to have another reason to stop by and say HI to Jesse and Dara...not that I need a reason!! I very seldom write reviews, but I thought this one was well-deserved. We had been searching and Googling for an affordable, reliable, and trustworthy jewelry store that does repairs. Most often, I would check the jewelry stores within the mall, but the cost of repairs was expensive for the type of work needed. Then, I found this Jewelry Littleton store at 6323 S Santa Fe Dr Unit B Littleton, CO 80120, along the Santa Fe Hwy. The complex area is small and has limited stores, but the jewelry store is safe. We decided to give it a try and see how much it would cost to repair two rings first, as these rings were bought 30 years ago in Saudi Arabia and are precious to my wife. We were pleasantly surprised that the repairs were affordable, and they delivered the two rings on time. We now have confidence that they are honest, trustworthy, reliable, and transprent. We ended up giving them more repairs such as earrings, necklaces with missing diamonds, etc. Once again, they delivered on time. You pay once you get your jewelry. Having said that, I highly recommend the jewelry store to people looking for honest and reliable service. You cannot go wrong.
