Came here for and office lunch on Monday. We sat outside near where the "stage" is and had about 12 people which, for some reason, we crammed into three tables. What I found hilarious is that we had a single waiter servicing our table while many other waiters were standing around looking board and yet, ours looked a little overwhelmed. So, let's see: I ordered the jalapeno/cream cheese burger on suggestion from the waiter. I really wanted the fish tacos but was underwhelmed when I discovered they didn't come with the same accouterments as the generic soft tacos. Namely, I wanted the pico, guacamole and refried beans that came standard on the tacos - unless you wanted fish. The burger was "meh" at best. The fries weren't much better. I really couldn't believe that burger (with fries) cost $12. In fact, everything on the menu was ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. I could have bought a better burger at Goodtimes or even Carl's Jr for half the cost and a much better taco at a local Mexican place. Luckily the company was buying. Even though it seemed like we had a lack of people attending our party the service was actually quite nice. The waiter was attentive and our food didn't take long to arrive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite nice, especially on their grand patio. It reminded me of the open-air beach side restaurants in vacation destinations. The big question is: would I return? Meh. Only if someone else wants to buy. I'm personally not going to spend my money there.

Really disappointing in every single way. Burger hard as rock and they don’t care. The meat is so dry and didn’t come with any sauce. I think it’s definitely leftover meat. I asked if they had thousand island dressing. The waitress said ok then brought one small cup and didn’t mention she will charge me extra $1.25 for that. I didn’t eat any of my food because the burger was so terrible! The waitress saw I didn’t eat any of my food but just simply ignored it. BE CAREFULL! They charge for every single little thing they can! My husband ordered a burrito, which he said was way too salty. The waitress asked if he wants sour cream and guacamole when took his order and didn’t mention it’s a $4.25 surcharge! Our cousin got the wrong drink and the waitress still charged her extra for the drink she ordered but didn’t get. We ordered a cup of milk for our son, it was just a small kids cup. Until we saw the check we realized she charged $3 for a refill. It would have been nice if she had mentioned any of these, but obviously she doesn’t care. Overall, it’s a disappointing visit. Every single one of us are surprised with the poor service and bad food. Will not recommend anybody go there.

This is a lively and busy place and with good reason. They offer decent food, have several nice patios with umbrellas and outdoor hanging lights making it a perfect spot to catch the sunset or simply enjoy the fresh air. It backs right up to the South Platte River Trail so you can go for a nice walk after lunch and leave some.of those calories behind. What would have been an excellent experience turned out to be an okay experience due to the service. Sure, the server was busy but that is what they hope for. The busier a place is means more patrons, more revenue, and more income for the staff. But to use being 'busy' as an excuae to get the order wrong, and to forget to bring condiments and drinks after we asked for them, is not acceptable. That said, this is not an indictment of all the staff, just our server. We all have off moments. I do recommend that you go, bring friends, and take in the amazing patio experience.

We came recently for a birthday. We had made a RSVP, which we confirmed a day or so before the event. When we arrived, they had lost the RSVP, or accidentally given away the table, we are not sure what exactly happened. The first hostess who greeted us handed us off on someone else while they tried to figure out what to do. The second person left standing out on the patio to find us a table, as it was busy that night, so they left us standing up near the band. Ok, no big deal, we can hang out for a minute while they figure this out. So I flagged down a passing server (we were right by the server station) to see if we can just order a drink while we wait. She seemed confused, and when I asked her for whatever wheat style beer they might have, she responded that she "doesnt drink beer" so she didn't really know what to offer me. (This person was not a teenager.) She handed us off on someone else to get a round of beers (while we stood there waiting). The staff finally asked two people at a table to move so we could sit. I am not sure if they were simply re-arranging things or if that party had been given our table or took it while ignoring the RSVP sign on it, I never found out.

We were then able to sit and order more drinks and dinner. Everything was fine after that. The band was great and we had a nice evening.

I understand that weird stuff happens when restaurants get busy. I do think servers at that particular restaurant should know their beer. I also think that if a group is left standing high and dry while they are waiting for a table or any other snafu, for heaven's sake offer them a drink!

We will be back because it is a nice patio with lovely shade and we enjoy...

It’s not a good feeling to write a poor review. Especially for an establishment that is local, often has good service and good food. But today my husband and I came in (ahead of the Sunday rush) for lunch around 11:40 am. We placed our order with our serve and received our appetizer timely. However, 45 minutes after we finished our appetizer we still didn’t have our main entrees. Two other couples and the 20 person table, who were seated and placed their orders after us, received their food as we continued waiting patiently. Our server kept telling us it was just a couple more minutes, a couple more minutes. By the time our food did come out we could not stay due to other commitments and paid for what we did eat then left. We were told it was a new kitchen staff but to be honest that’s not an excuse when the table of 20 received their food and likely our order despite being placed ahead of them then got stuck behind that large table as well as the many orders that came in as the restaurant filled up. I don’t know if the error was on the part of the kitchen staff or our server but regardless our experience didn’t meet our expectations. We understand that sometimes these things happen but also it’s on us as customers to call out these incidents so that managers are aware and can work with their staff to improve so it hopefully doesn’t...
