Dino's Pizza Kitchen — Local services in Livermore

Order a couple of times from here before I haven't had a problem. Until today, I called in, and they said it would be ready in 20 mins. I gave 25 minutes to pull up. I was told the pizza wasn't ready because of a mess in the back kitchen. Waited another 20 minutes +. Fast foward pizza was handed over, and the worker forgot to charger me, so I kindly reminded him that I haven't paid. I could've easily walked out with a free pizza but decided to pay. Let me be clear I'm not far from their location, 2 -3 minutes away, but as soon as I get home and grab a slice, the pizza was cold and dry. Looking for something different than Round Table, Papa John's or the normal commercial fair, I decided to try Dino's based on the previous reviews. And they did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious and if you like garlic (which we do), it is amazing. We had the combination pizza and cannoli's and we enjoyed it all. If I am being honest, the atmosphere (it is located in an industrial building) isn't the best, but the service and people made up for it. I did learn they are looking for a new spot -- something that isn't quite as pricey as downtown Livermore, so if you have heard of anything and/or are looking for a tenant - give them a ring. Excellent pies and knots, and like the other reviews on here say, exceptional customer service! Owners were very friendly and genuinely appreciative of the business. I love supporting businesses where the owners still appreciate that having satisfied customers means you often get to pursue your passion rather than schlepping for someone else. Gave four instead of five stars on atmosphere only because location is in a business office complex. A bit of a challenge to get in, but if you use a food delivery service, you wouldn’t even know, so still four of five! Literally do not sleep...
