Eastex Outlet Center — Local services in Livingston

My husband and I bought a mattress from these people and the mattress didn't even last a month before it needed to be replaced. After having to have the mattress replaced two time the owner's son decided to upgrade us and told us that the mattress had a five year warranty. Well we went up there and bought us a sectional a few months ago from this same store and everything went fine. Then we noticed how our mattress in horrible condition and sagged and dipped horribly. We decided to go ahead and use that warranty to get it fixed. Well, this story said that the owner's son did not work there anymore and that he had done the paperwork wrong so there was no warranty on the mattress. We talked to the district manager of the mattress supplier and he said he would talk to the store. Well, after being told by Mark to go up to the store and they would replace it, we drive down there only for them to act like they never heard about it. We tried to get back in touch with Mark and couldn't. The people at Eastex said that "Mark was always hard to reach." After leaving the store frustrated we again try to get in touch with Mark. Finally, we get in touch with someone who could get a hold of him and we are told that they could not help us. This is so aggravating. My husband is a disabled veteran and I am a teacher, so our money has no flexibility, so we cannot afford to go out and buy another mattress so soon. We had only bought this one because of the warranty that came with it, and the knowledge that we could replace it if anything goes wrong. I am so aggravated with this...

DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want the furniture you PAY FOR to be delivered. I purchased two sofas TUESDAY and payed for them immediately, with delivery set up for today. I called this morning to finalize the delivery details and was told the sofas were gone. They sold them to another customer and they had been picked up. The manager Angie then hung up on me four times and called me a b!$& over the phone when I called to complain to her supervisor. I have purchased things at their old location and was SHOCKED by there lack of professionalism and outright dishonesty. If you shop here, I wouldn't trust them to keep their word or honor the fact that you purchased something and it was no longer for sale when another deal...

Me and my husband went to find ourselves a new bed .... And stop in to Eastex outlet center in Livingston Texas. The lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming to both me and my husband. She had mentioned the furniture a cross the way they had bugs. Boy we was so happy. For a month we had the factory plastic still on the bed and box spring. And of course we got tried of it and took it off. And the nightmare being and after a week of the plastic off I started getting bit by something and found out it had bed bugs on it. And of course it was too late to take...
