Economy Portable Buildings — Local services in Livingston

We shopped around at several places and decided to special order a 16 x 24 building from Genice. She was very knowledgeable about the units and informed us of the options that were available to us. The unit came in on time as promised. When the building got to our lot it was 15 x 24. I contacted Genice and she informed me that the measurements were taken on the rafters which were each 8 foot on each side and the pitch of the roof is why the building was only 15 foot wide. She stated that this was common knowledge in this industry and that I should know this. This so called industry standard was never discussed with us at anytime during our selection process. She offered to reorder the building that we had paid for at an additional $1500.00 charge. It was very clear that she had ordered the wrong size and that she was expecting us to take the responsibility for her mistake. Regretfully we were in a bind and could not wait another month and pay another $1500.00 so we had to accept the incorrectly ordered building that was delivered. Our neighbors that recommend this company to us were so embarrassed that this is the business practices that take place here and will never recommend this company...

If I could give zero I would, been sitting out in heat since 11AM because that was the time given to us. No phone call to let us know time changed, you call and get nothing but excuses. I would recommend you invest in a company that has customer service skills. We paid 2weeks in advance to have a building moved and called every day for time and when we finally got one they couldn't...

Do not buy from this people ! Ibuy a metal building sign the contract with them and pay my down payment as is corresponding with the contract terms and they said can’t send the building because they need more money, they don’t respect the contract and Don’t giving my money back.the seller name is George and talk many times with Geny...
