Empire Twin Theatre — Local services in Livingston

Definitely a great local option to see current, big name movies. 2 screens with slight angled stadium seating. Not the best seats as they seem to lean forward a bit more than they should which makes things a bit uncomfortable over time. Soda and treats are as cheap as you'll find at a concession stand, so that's an awesome small town thing 😁. They're usually 4pm and 7pm showings, so keep that in mind when having dinner or whatnot. Wonderful nostalgic old theater. Great prices on first-run movies. Love the coffee shop too. But remember: this is an historic theatre with a lovely Art Deco feel and older seats that were not built for the width of our current culture, so if you've got some thighs on you, expect to be uncomfortable and DO NOT expect them to rebuild and ruin the historic experience just to accommodate you. Great little double theater in downtown Livingston. I enjoy movies here rather than having to travel over the hill to Bozeman. Seating and sound systems were upgraded a few years back and the Empire Twins can accommodate 3-D movies, too. Great for family viewing!
