My wife and I worked with Bobby exclusively on designing a engagement and wedding ring for a secret proposal for my now wife.(she said yes!) My wife really wanted to use a diamond from her grandmother's ring she had left her when she passed. Bobby was phenomenal in his expertise and customer service. He designed a beautiful set of rings for my wife from scratch using the diamond she really wanted in her wedding ring. I am in sales and customer service and was blown away by how much Bobby cared about making this ring as perfect and special as possible for my wife.

Not only did we give Bobby a tall order when it came to designing the ring my wife wanted but we also had a timeframe to work with as I had planned a trip for us so that I could propose to her. Not only did Bobby absolutely exceed our expectations, he did it in great time without sacrificing quality.

Bobby is a genuine, caring, and wonderful person who loves what he does, and cares about every customer. I can still call in and ask for bobby and he knows me by name after almost a year. I feel like the jewelry business can be deceptive and dishonest only looking to turn the biggest profit, Bobby and Golden Gifts Jewelry completely erased my poor previous experiences in other jewelry stores with absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever seen and on top of that provides a incredible product and service at a very reasonable price.

Look no further when it comes to anything jewelry related. There is no reason to shop anywhere but Golden Gifts Jewelry, and make sure you ask for Bobby to see what I am talking about. He truly is a master of his craft and an all around great person. It was a privilege working with him and Golden Gifts and I most certainly will always use them for any of my jewelry needs!!!!!!

We’ve been looking for a jeweler to complete my wedding rings; we finally found Golden Gifts (the rings were not purchased from Golden). On Tuesday, I met with David and Amy. David advised my diamond band was too thin and would need to be put into a new setting (I was half expecting this before I arrived). David quoted a very reasonable price to take my six prong into a four prong solitaire. They called yesterday, Friday to say it was done. When I arrived the diamond hadn’t been sized; no big deal, they resized the ring within a couple hours! When my husband and I arrived to pick it up, I noticed one of the stones from the bands was missing (it was there when we picked it up earlier). David advised they would have it replaced within an hour at no cost; it was done in twenty minutes! When we arrived back, my rings were PERFECT!! We then asked Amy about a crucifix; while we looked at the selection, she had my husbands cleaned! (They cleaned my rings a number of times through all of this😍). We ended up getting his perfect crucifix at a much more reasonable price than we have seen online. Through every phone call and visit everyone was respectful, polite, honest and genuine. The store is incredibly clean. They have a wonderful selection of jewelry (including a Movado watch that I’m now convinced I NEED 😍💎!). We went there to get a ring sized and honestly left with our lifetime jewelers. We highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the need of any thing jewelry related! It happens every time... as soon as you stop looking for something, shows up right in your path... so, I had an appt at the local U of M office and left desperately needing Chinese food! Yelp to the rescue, and I headed to Pan Pan. Pulling in, my eyes went immediately to the GIGANTIC jewelry store next door. Now diamonds are def this gurlz best friend, so as soon as I placed and picked up my order, I sidled over. I asked the woman if she could help me with the chain that had my daughter's memorial pendant on it. I have it to her and she took it to the back. Since I have charm and Pandora bracelets, I mosied over to where they have more charms than I've ever seen in one location. Tray after tray of Pandora merch, too! Diamond, topaz, gems galore. I stopped for a minute to look to see if there was a memorial charm for daughter. Then, Amy came out with my necklace. She'd fixed the clasp! I've been looking for a slightly longer good quality chain for the thumprint medal, so asked to see what they had. They had a very nice selection, and even though this was not in today's game plan, she set me up with a very nice box chain. I am elated. It has a nice lobster claw clasp- which helps us gals with nails. I have to mention they have some amazing rose gold chains.
