Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Livonia

We love Baskin Robbins ice cream but we will not be going to this location on Farmington Rd. again. I have had a negative experience taking my grandkids there a few times now. We kept going back because it’s the closest to home, but no more. The last time we were there it was 90 degrees outside and still no inside tables. The manager gave a reason that made it clear she is not very concerned for her customers. Today the grandkids wanted ice cream but still no tables. I asked the person working there and she said they’ve had problems with customers so no tables. I politely asked her to mention to her manager that there are also decent customers who would like to see tables there again. She started to argue with me. I told her please just pass it along to her manager. Almost nine dollars for cones and get tested like trash. No more—they are clearly not a customer...

Josh was just the worst I came in and he was rude and he was just flirting with his girlfriend the whole time and when I was asking for help he was giving dirty looks and when he served me he didn’t wash his hands and he had just stopped wiping the tables with the chemicals I told them I was allergic to peanuts and they still didn’t wash the scooper. They just served me with it and I watched them with my own two eyes I informed him that I was allergic and I just threw it away and decided to make a review didn’t even taste Josh should not be working there he was just so rude and was lying I was in Michigan on a trip and decided to try there ice cream and it was the worst experience overall I don’t recommend coming here just because Josh works there manger needs to do something fast. And food was mid at best definitely not worth the money 2.5/10...

This place was just the worst experience the manager is no help just rude I walked in and my kids were asking to try the flavours and just ignored them one of the workers his name is Josh he’s rude disrespectful and is dating a girl while working so the whole time I tried to help he kept going back and forth talking to his girlfriend and back and my kids were in the building if you’re gonna have a business hire people who are not dating Josh was just so mean and I was trying my best to stay calm because my kids were around Josh was no help so I asked his girlfriend for help and he was just so rude because she saw that i wasn’t respecting Josh overall Josh needs to get fired and stop lying on peoples names worst place do not recommend everyone is dating if I could give it lower than one star I would this is my honest review I hope the...
