This place might be great for some but several of my friends who are not Caucasian were treated differently then other people with them.They were not greeted while other white customers were promptly acknowledged . They were treated "gruffly" when their tap to pay did not go through on the store side, but did show on the customer's account. The staff in today's incident, Kathy wanted to recharge the whole amount and said the credit card company would correct it. The staff was not helpful and did not take the appropriate attitude toward the customer today and told her to "do you". Observing this blatant profiling by businesses is unacceptable in 2025. My friend is an avid crafter and now this business has lost at least one good customer as well as me who will let others know about this experience.

There stock has almost completely diminished. I used to love coming here and picking up paper packs and all the accessories. If you looking for Echo Park, Carta Bella, Graphic 45, Simple Stories collection packs... Order either from the manufacturer or Amazon. Do not come here l!!! They only sell individual pieces of card stock for the collections you are looking for... Anything off road or outdoorsy forget it!!! Retreat retreat do not go here!! I have already told about 20 people about this and they all said they will never go here... Used to be my go to place now it an avoiding place. I drove from Flint, MI and walked out with NOTHING... First time here . It was clean and friendly . I was looking for some Alice in Wonderland paper and die cuts and other bits and pieces.. I found out they aren't getting too much demand for it, so they are not ordering .I'm not much of a on line ordering person, I felt a part of my childhood was being taken away as so many children's storybook characters are falling to the waste side .. I wish you could at least suggest to your customers to place an order for those who like to have a piece of their creativeness come out and have a smile in their hearts to have as part of their childhood come out and play ..
