Woodmoor Shopping Center — Local services in Lochearn

I have no problem with the shops in this shopping center, but the parking lot has got to be one of the worst in Baltimore County. Cars park in the fire lane in front of The Family Dollar Store all the time. I don't think anyone cares, nor will they care until there is an actual fire or some kind of emergency there. People also park in the handcap spaces without handicap plates or displaying a handicap plaque. People seem to have no care or show caution with speed, when driving through the parking lot. You must be extremely careful pulling into or out of any parking space. The spaces are very tight. I've received several knicks and dents to my car because people will just swing open their car doors without a care. I have never seen any police presence here other than when they were called. I stopped at the Shell station nearby. Do not expect a smile or politeness from the morning Shell station worker. His mean look goes with his personality. I tried to make a polite comment while I waited for him to move so that I could pump gas. He made me wait for him while he stood near the gas pump I needed to use. I stayed a smiling paying customer. Low budget community strip mall best thing on the strip is the Subway (4 1/2). The folks are very friendly and the food is fresh. Also on the grounds is a Family Dollar (3), nail salon (3 1/2), cleaners (3 1/2), Chinese carry-out (3), Chicken City (3), and a beauty supply store (4).
