Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

I visit this store on the date listed below. I was told that thru did not have any brownies which they never do. After that I was asked to hold on I set at the speaker for 10 minutes. We someone finally did come to the speaker he was very rude. And did not wait on me. He told me to have s nice day, after I told him I was upset because I was sitting there that long. I pulled to the window and all the lights was off and no one came to the window. This was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. Not only I didn't get waited on I was disrespected. I mean what happened to good customer service. I will never go to this location...

The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30...

I would say that the service was horrible but I got no service. My wife called and asked them what time do they close on Sunday and she was told 9PM.
