KFC — Restaurant in Lochearn

I had several of my coworkers express how good the chicken pot pie was from KFC. So, i made Friday night my chance to see what the hoopla was all about, mind you i love chicken and to hear KFC had a winning pie, i was all in Friday. To my dismay, this KFC pot pie was the worst meal i ever received from KFC ever. The manager expressed i had to wait for about 20 minutes which was cool bc i love my food hot and fresh. I told him i would wait 30 minutes but i wasted time and money on this pie. When i got the pie, i felt the box and it was hot. I live down the street from KFC. When i got home to partake, the pie was sunken, the crust was overcooked, and the filling was stuck to the bottom and dry. I had a spoon to scoop the insides and i thought then, wow, i got done at the drive through. This was the worst chicken pot pie i have ever eaten and i waited for it over 30 minutes, i was disappointed. I believe whoever was cooking the pie should have kept their eyes on it and when it it was done, should have been given to me but no, they let it sit and the crust sunk not to mention overcooked. I will never trust another associate from KFC on receiving hot and fresh food unless i can go in the establishment. They screw you at the drive through and didnt offer in store dining. I should have known better....

So I was in a rush thus particular day and decided to stop past the KFC on a lunch date with my wife. When we entered the restaurant to dine in it was the normal feeling for a take out spot. The young lady at the cash register was very polite and well mannered and made conversation with my wife as we waiting for our food. As we sat down to eat we realized that the table had crumbs and food on the seat as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The food was average at best one got a chicken tender deal to share with my wife . Chicken tenders seemed fresh but macaroni and cheese was kinda ordinary at best. Poor customer service, very rude manager. I asked for butter and honey for my roll and butter for my masked potatoes. The person who waited on me said they didn't have butter or honey. I could do without the honey but not without the butter! I said I would like to cancel the order and get my money back and the manager yells out that I can't get my money back so I proceeded to tell her that I didn't want the order if I can't get what I needed and she says "well I don't know what to tell you." She sat the bag on the counter and walked away. How do you tell someone they can't get their money back?! I will never patronize this location again and it gave me a negative feeling about KFC as a whole if they hire people such as her to run...
