Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lochearn

This store needs to hire respectfully employees. I ordered my food 20 minutes before the store closed. As I arrived to try to get my order the pregnant Hispanic lady told me that they were closed, okay cool that’s fine. I tried to explain to one of the employees that I ordered my food 20 minutes before ahead I was ignored for 15 minutes, as I tried to get my refund I was still ignored. One guy stated “we did not know you ordered food we thought you were DoorDash you have to get your refund on the app your order was never made” I could’ve been told this by the Hispanic pregnant lady and the black lady in the beginning instead I was being ignored and being laughed at. They were also telling other employees to ignore me when I was trying to explain. These employees are very rude and unprofessional I will never come to this location again. I don't typically write reviews but I would give a zero if I could. Realized I received raw chicken when i got home and attempted to reach out to the store but no one answered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was late at night so I tried calling in the morning with the same result. I contacted popeyes customer service which required me to text chat to discuss my complainant. After the text conversation I was left with "We are sorry to hear about your experience at this location. We take this kind of feedback to heart and appreciate you for bringing this matter to our attention.I have created a case regarding your concern, and it has been forwarded to the restaurant owner and management team for a proper investigation.Thank you for submitting this feedback." I usually special request my chicken sandwiches and this was no different than any other visit. I love hot not spicy food. Food right off the grill makes the meal enjoyable and worth the fee I'm charged. Well, I usually get a response, "They just came up" which means they dont want to accommodate my request with quality service. If I want a specially cooked, hot to the taste sandwich then that is what I should get. I dont know for the life of me why it is a bother to anyone if they are preparing chicken all day anyway. My request shouldn't make a difference but I should be able to get my sandwich as I like. So, i rated this location a 3 because my sandwiches were not hot and not fresh.
